The mygardenpod Marriage Saver product is our flagship product. It is a garden room that can be transformed to a living area, reading room, 2-3 person office, home bar and even bedroom. We call it the marriage saver because it provides additional space at home for people to take some time to themselves.

The original build was built with 6x2 roof and floor timber structure, whilst the walls are a 4x2 structure. The unit is wrapped in 100mm insulations which will ensure this product is energy efficient. The sealed rubber roof is watertight and attractive on the eye.  Externally finished in PVC cladding, black grain fascia, with anthracite grey PVC windows (four) and a 2.1m wide sliding door.

Internally the room is skimmed and painted white, with chrome sockets, laminate floor, skirting and white walls. This unit comes wire with four double sockets, cat 5 cable for high speed broadband, alarm system and TV aerial.

The unit is wired directly from your home mains and can be installed over a 2-5 day period (depending on access). This particular 3.9m x 3.9m (external) unit is priced at £16,000 (exclusive of VAT) £105psf.

This myPremium garden pod measures 3.6m * 2.5m externally and is most commonly sold to customers who live in a semi-detached house with an estate. The stylish room is often used as a WFH office during the week and adapts neatly to a teenage movie room come evenings and weekends. Its stylish PVC cladding finish and black fascia makes it easy on the eye. A canopy with LED lights to sit under in the good weather and inside it is finished with 4-5" skirting, 8-10mm laminate floor, chrome socket finish and painted skimmed walls. The 70mm insulation wrap insures its comfortable to utilise all year round, complemented by a smart electric heater. Prices from £13,000/€15,500.

This mygardenpod myoffice product is another flagship product. It is a large home office that can be placed in your garden, whilst complementing your garden too. The 2.4m * 2.4m unit is built too last with a steel frame structure and wrapped in 50mm of insulation.

Externally finished with EDPM rubber on the roof, PVC cladding to walls, black PVC windows and a security door. Finished internally with skimmed walls and laminate floor, it comes wired for an alarm system, three double sockets, cat 5 high spend broadband access points.
